What I collect, and what I don’t
The short version: your email and first name if you give them, your quiz score if you take the quiz, and a record of what you agreed to. No ad tracking, no cookie banner, nothing sold on.

Who I am
ninaxmind is run by Nibhasri Sathyendra, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. This policy covers ninaxmind.com and the emails I send from it. If anything here is unclear, write to hey@ninaxmind.com.
What I don’t collect
- No accounts or passwords — there is nothing to log in to.
- No card details. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s pages.
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no pixels from social networks.
- No precise location, no contacts, nothing from your device beyond what any website receives.
What I collect, and why
When you fill in a form (the quiz result, the waitlist, or The Sunday reset): your email, your first name if the form asks for it, which form it was, the page you were on, the date and time, and the exact wording you saw next to the button or checkbox. I keep that wording so I can show what you agreed to if you ever ask.
When you take The Identity Audit: your answers stay in your browser while you take it and are not sent to me. If you then ask for the guide, I record your score and your result pattern alongside your email, so the guide and the emails that follow match your result.
When you buy something (The Audacity Method Workbook, or a seat in The Audacity Method Challenge): Stripe sends me your email, your name if you gave one, what you bought, the amount and an order reference. I keep that record to deliver your files, handle refunds, and meet tax record-keeping rules.
When you email me, I keep the conversation for as long as it is useful to either of us.
Automatically: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. I do not use them to identify you.
Email, and how to stop it
I send two kinds of email. One-off emails you asked for — your guide, a waitlist confirmation, your purchase links. And The Sunday reset, one letter every sunday, which you get only if you signed up for it or ticked the box for it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click and it stops. This follows Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), which is also why I ask for newsletter consent separately and never pre-tick the box.
Cookies and the spam check
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your quiz progress is kept in your browser’s session storage and is gone when you close the tab. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it runs quietly in the background and may set a cookie on Cloudflare’s own domain to do that. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who handles the data for me
I use a small number of services. Each one only gets what it needs for its job.

Resend, Supabase and Stripe store data in the United States, and Cloudflare operates worldwide, so your information leaves Canada. Each of these companies commits in its own terms to protect it to a similar standard.
How long I keep it
- Sign-up records (email, name, consent wording, quiz result): until you ask me to delete them.
- Mailing list entry: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Unsubscribed addresses stay on a suppression list so you are not emailed again by mistake.
- Purchase records: seven years, because Canadian tax rules require it.
- Server logs: a short period set by Cloudflare, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hey@ninaxmind.com from the address in question and I will do it within 30 days — except purchase records I am required to keep, which I will tell you about. These rights come from Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA); if you live in the UK or the European Union you have similar rights under your own law, and you can exercise them the same way. If you are not satisfied with my answer you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Under 18
The site and everything on it is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think I have, tell me and I will delete it.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. The services above encrypt what they store. The keys that let this site talk to them are kept out of the code and out of the browser. If something ever goes wrong and your data is affected, I will tell you.
Changes
If I change this policy in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and, if you are on my list, mention it in an email.
