Who you are dealing with

ninaxmind is run by Nibhasri Sathyendra, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. By using this site, taking the quiz, joining a list or buying something, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this is — and what it is not

Everything here is coaching and education: a method, a workbook, guided audio, group and one-to-one sessions. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or financial advice, and it does not replace them. If something comes up that needs clinical support, I will say so and help you find it. Please do not use any of this as a substitute for care you need.

I describe what the method involves and what it has done for others. I cannot promise what it will do for you — that depends on you, your circumstances and the work you put in.

What I sell

• The Audacity Method Workbook (Self-guided · 4 weeks): a one-time purchase of digital files — 28-page PDF + 4 guided audios. Delivered by email and download link after payment.
• The Audacity Method Challenge (15 days · live, in a small batch): a seat in a live, time-limited programme that runs in batches with fixed dates. Live calls are recorded for the batch.
• The Audacity Method 1:1 (12 weeks, one woman at a time): one-to-one coaching under a separate written agreement, priced on a call.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Where sales tax applies it is shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; I never see your card details.

Refunds

The workbook: a full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked. Email me from the address you bought with and I’ll refund the card you paid with.

The challenge: a full refund within 3 days of buying, as long as your batch hasn’t started. Once a batch begins, seats can’t be refunded — a batch is a small group of women who commit to each other for 15 days, and an empty seat changes it for everyone else.

1:1 coaching: set out in your written agreement.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your licence to the files

When you buy digital files you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself. You may print the workbook for your own use. You may not share, resell, post or otherwise distribute the files or the audio, in whole or in part. The words, audio and design remain mine.

The challenge

A seat is for one person and the batch you bought into. Dates are set in advance and do not move for one person. If I have to cancel a batch, you get a full refund or a seat in the next one, your choice. Live calls are recorded so you can catch up; recordings are for the batch only and are not to be shared. In the group, treat other women the way you want to be treated: what is said there stays there. I can remove someone who makes the group unsafe for others, with a refund of the unused part.

Email and the quiz

The quiz is free. When you ask for the guide you agree to receive it by email. You only receive The Sunday reset if you signed up for it or ticked the box for it, and you can stop it with one click. How I handle your information is in the privacy page.

Using the site

Please do not try to break the site, scrape it, submit forms with someone else’s address, or use it for anything unlawful. The site is provided as it is; I work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be.

Limits on my liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything arising from the site or something you bought is limited to the amount you paid me for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Changes apply from that date and do not affect a purchase you have already made.
